David Morris

David Morris is an international diplomat, trade and investment adviser and commentator.

Mr Morris is the Chief Representative in China of the Pacific Islands Forum, the inter-governmental organization of the nations of Oceania. He leads the Pacific Islands Trade and Investment Commission in China, promoting trade, investment, tourism, education and creative industries for the member states of the Pacific Islands Forum.

He is an Advisor of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) Sustainable Business Network; Member of the Editorial Board of the Blue Book on the Pacific published by Sun Yat-sen University National Research Center for Oceania Studies; and Honorary Associate of the Graduate School of Government at the University of Sydney.
