Jacqui de Lacy is Vice President, Strategy and Consulting at Abt Associates. She joined Abt Associates from DFAT where she most recently held the post of Head of Australian Aid in Indonesia leading the implementation of Australia’s largest bilateral aid program. In a range of senior roles managing Australian aid portfolios Jacqui has led policy dialogue, coalition building and advocacy with national and subnational Governments and CSOs in a wide range of technical areas including social protection, community development, women’s empowerment, health, HIV/AIDS, education, climate change, infrastructure, economic governance, climate change, decentralisation, electoral reform and legal reform. She has held senior roles in managing Australia’s development programs in PNG (2003-2006), Corporate Reform (2007), Food Security and was AusAID’s Global Crisis Response Coordinator (2008-2009).
