DP30 Show me the money: an analysis of New Zealand ODA expenditure 2002 to 2011

Development Policy Centre Discussion Paper No. 30
by Joanna Spratt and Terence Wood
Abstract:

In this discussion paper the authors describe trends and key features of New Zealand’s official development assistance (ODA). The analysis is primarily quantitative, charting how much ODA New Zealand gives, the sorts of work ODA is given for and where it goes. The source of most of the data for this exercise is the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Development Assistance Committee’s (DAC) statistical database.
