Robert Torres

Chief Justice Robert Torres was appointed to Guam’s Supreme Court in 2004 and is serving his third term as Chief Justice. He is an executive committee member of the Pacific Judicial Council, a past president of the American Judges Association (AJA), serves on AJA’s Executive Committee and Board of Governors, and is the Membership Secretary for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Judicial Council.
