Australian aid needs a new approach to evaluation

Gen Kennedy is a Master of Public Policy candidate, University of Tasmania, Australia, currently working as PR and Advocacy Officer for the international development charity SPANA, London. She developed an interest in international development and evaluation as a volunteer with the Australian Government’s international development program in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where she advised local staff at the Cambodians for Resource Revenue Transparency, a small, locally run NGO. Gen holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism, and worked in print journalism before moving into strategic communication and policy.
