PALM reforms submission: The case for industry-managed compliance and how to maximise its effectiveness

In response to the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme reforms discussion paper (16 August 2022) for feedback on streamlining employer accreditation options, this submission recommends that a bottom-up system of compliance is needed, based on both the legal framework set by government and the standards of good practice set by industry supply chains.
