Paul has worked in international development for more than 25 years. From 2010 to 2013 he was responsible for Country Support at the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisations (GAVI) in Geneva, Prior to this, Paul was Development Coordinator with the Regional Assistance Mission to the Solomon Islands (RAMSI) and also the senior Australian aid official in Honiara. Paul spent more than 20 years with AusAID working on humanitarian and development programs and has had postings with AusAID in the Solomon Islands, Vietnam and Fiji. He joined CARE in November 2013.
