Ty Morrissey is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist who has developed M&E frameworks and conducted evaluations for programs funded by DFAT, DFID, the International Labour Organisation, Food and Agriculture Organisation, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Millennium Challenge Account. Programs have covered a range of sectors in the Philippines, Indonesia, Timor-Leste, Mongolia, Pakistan, Vanuatu, Fiji and the Caribbean. As the international short term M&E Specialist on the BEAM-ARMM program from 2013-2017, Ty supported four full time national M&E team members and served as the Lead Evaluator for the End of Program Review.
