This submission addresses four issues regarding the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme deed of agreement and guidelines.
- Low working hours and low net pay
- Pay equity for longer-term workers
- Rewarding good performance of Approved Employers
- Role of labour hire companies
