Howard Aru
Howard Aru has served in the Vanuatu Government for 25 years and is a former Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Fisheries and Biosecurity (MALFFB). He is currently CEO of the Vanuatu Foreign Investment Promotion Agency. He holds dual masters degrees from the Australian National University in international policy and diplomacy.
