Mitiana Arbon is a Research Officer on Labour Mobility and Migration at the Development Policy Centre. He is a Samoan-Australian student currently completing his honours in Asia-Pacific Studies in the School of Culture, History and Language, ANU. His research interest includes contemporary regional issues on development, politics, social change and heritage management affecting Pacific Island States.
