Sivendra Michael

Dr Sivendra Michael is Fiji’s Permanent Secretary for Environment and Climate Change. He serves as Fiji’s Chief Negotiator and the Co-Chair of the Strategic Climate Fund Trust Fund Committee for recipient countries. Dr Michael is appointed to co-facilitate the UNFCCC Ocean and Climate Change Dialogue for 2026.
